Reptile/ Amphibian in a 30 gallon aquarium.?
Hey, I have a 30 gallon aquarium. I'm looking for a reptile or amphibian to put in it. I'm willing to build a "dock" for it to get out of the water if it needs to bask. No snakes please.
I have one leopard gecko, I'm getting a baby soon. I also have fire-bellied newts in a different tank. I would prefer the herp to live partially in water or completely aquatic. If not, it's okay.
there are several reptiles that can be housed in a 30g aquarium, some are a bit more sensitive to and harder to keep, i would recommend you go to rightpets.com and see what interests you the most, from my personal experience i would recommend a rose hared tarantula a leopard gecko or a frog. these animals have all be rewarding pets.
