Is the type of bedding too good to be true?

I'm looking to buy a bearded dragon, and I have been researching different products I could use, how to take care of him, what to feed him, etc. Anyway, I saw a website that was listing different types of beddings some people use, and whether they are appropriate or not. I saw UNPRINTED newsprint, and it said it absorbs the urine very well, and is easy to replace, and had no listed cons there. I thought this was too good to be true! Is there anyone out there who has used UNPRINTED newspaper for Reptile Bedding before and could you tell me how it worked out for you thanks!

Newspaper is safe...they don't use toxic dyes. I use non-adhesive shelf liner. It comes in rolls and you can buy it at just about any supermarket or department store. It's cheap, easy to cut and fit, and clean up is with a spritz of water and a papertowel. They can also be machine washed. It looks great and is safe...don't use anything loose that can be eaten!
