Plants for Reptile Enclosure, any ideas?

I am building 2 cages.
One will be a tropical set up that will be 70'' tall so I want tall plants in it. There will be a cave wall and a water fall that will drain into a small pool. IDEAS?
The other is a leos cage 20 gallons. Just want on or two small plants. And please nothing that will stick my leo like a cactus. I want things he can hide in or play on. And that will put up with the hight temps. IDEAS?
