(p.s) I only have about 20-30 dallors to spend on my baby corn snake habitat. I dont have any matterials. im getting a heatlamp to save the hassle of a thermostat. i can get substrate, hides, waterbowl, and mice. besides a tank, what else do i need?

Sure. If it gets cold at night, use a night time nocturnal heat bulb.
