hi, my snake has mites, and i bought this spray called Reptile Spray and i dont know if its the same as Reptile Relief, (its made by the same company)

i hope im not doing her harm

I've heard of that product too, the problem is, that mites feed on your snake, not live on it. After a mite has fed on your snake, it will go elsewhere in the cage (Usually on the roof, they prefer higher places) to either rest or lay eggs. So if you're spraying the snake, you're not really taking care of the problem. What you need to do is order a product called Provent a Mite. It's sold by Pro-Products.com. It's expensive, but worth it because it works. First you'll need to completely clean the cage, remove the snake and all water sources then spray the PaM everywhere. Give it 15-30 minutes to dry then you can put the snake back in the cage. YOU DO NOT SRAY THE SNAKE! It'll take a few months of treatment, but you should be completely mite free within 6 months. Good luck!!
